Our Process

As an architectural designer, I transform Brooklyn and New York City homes into new living spaces that are fresh and elegant.  My personalized approach to all aspects of the design process allows us to create spaces that you will enjoy for many years to come.

I offer an initial 2-hour interior design consultation free of charge.  After listening closely to your needs and objectives, I will present a proposal for a certain number of hours to achieve the desired goals.

I help clients transform their home for new uses or tastes, redecorating living rooms and bedrooms, for example, or renovating existing kitchens and baths.  I begin by providing measured AutoCad plans of existing spaces, then, draw design options to be considered.  I help select materials, finishes, appliances, fixtures, and hardware.  I can design custom-made built-in cabinetry or help select furniture for your home.  I work closely with contractors to create spaces to please our clients.

  Renovating kitchens and baths to give an updated, more functional and effective design.
• Residential Interior Design
  I can transform a space by selecting furniture, furnishings and lighting to create an elegant new interior that reflects your style.
• Staging for Resale
  I can help maximize a property’s value by expertly reconfiguring, editing, and adding to an existing property, show-casing key design elements, to make it more attractive for resale.
• Redecorating + Updating
  When there is a change in the family, I will redecorate a home, after a time of transition.  For example, I can reconfigure a home to add a child’s bedroom; recreate a home environment to help an elderly person adjust to an assisted living facility; or transform a home after a divorce, giving it a stylish new look.
• Art Consulting
  I’m experienced in acquiring new works of art for private collections and can recommend how to re-frame existing art pieces.  I can also design attractive arrangements to hang works of art on walls or place sculptures within a space to best enhance a home.
• Organization
  To make the most efficient use of space, I will reorganize closets, home offices, and playrooms by editing, consolidating, and designing cabinetry, to maximize storage in your home.
• Project Management
  I will manage a building construction project from beginning to end or supervise a renovation project.
